Kris Jenner wouldn't allow Kylie Jenner to get reconstructive surgery when she was a teenager.The 19-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has quashed speculation she has gone under the knife to define her cheek and jaw line, a rumour which she has been plagued with since she was 16 years old, insisting her 60-year-old momager would never have consented to the cosmetic procedure if she had of asked for permission.
Speaking on her website thekyliejenner.com, she said: "No I didn't [have cheek surgery]. People started saying that when I was 16.'
